Kaisi 946A heating station LCD Screen Separator Glass Machine Repair Tool
Kaisi NT-942 Vacuum Screen Separator for mobile LCD repair. Kaisi NT942 7-inch LCD screen heating separator with air pump for cell LCD screen touch glass repair replacement. Kaisi 946A LCD screen separator is discontinued, the replacement is NT942 screen separator.
Features:
1. Separating area 7 inches, suitable for most LCD.
2. Bigger air pump makes powerful suction on the LCD screen.
3. Adjustable temperature 0℃-400℃ under microcomputer control, stable and heating rapid.
4. Thickening 3mm copper plate to increase the stability of thermal conductivity.
5. Power: 400W
6. Voltage: AC100-220V
7. Temperature range: 0-400℃
8. Big vacuum pump
Note:Arround 100°C is a suitable temperature to separate the LCD.
Operation:
1. Put your lcd with touch screen on the metal plate, lcd side above;
2. Set the 4 arms to keep the touch screen on the metal plate stitch;
3. Turn on the machine and wait for the metal plate become 80-100 degree(can not beyond 100 degree);
4. Start to separate the LCD off the glass with a core, then right and left movement with the core in between the lcd and the glass, please notice you must using gentle power and keep the core stay on the lcd surface, so that it Will avoid the touch screen be damaged.
