Operating Principle Of Mobile Waste Compactor
The garbage from each collection site is placed into the compressed bin of the waste transfer station by Hengchuang mobile garbage compressor, which repeats the process of "dumping, compressing, and dumping again" two to three times. The station's waste compressor's pressure causes the gap between different types of garbage to close and its mass to increase, which reduces the amount of room that different types of waste have and raises the density of the waste. The volume of the loose rubbish is reduced by compressing it into a high-density garbage block, which is then pushed by the pushing plate mechanism into the carriage of the fully enclosed garbage truck and sent to the garbage treatment plant (field) or garbage power plant for processing. This not only enhances the trash truck's single waste loading capacity, lowers the cost of transportation, but also prevents secondary environmental damage during rubbish transfer.
