In the , a Cleaning Unit for Tubing and Casing is a specialized system designed to remove contaminants from the inner and outer surfaces of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG). When tubing or casing is pulled from a well (Workover operations), it is typically coated with crude oil, paraffin wax, scale (calcium carbonate/barium sulfate), rust, and drilling mud.
Supply, installation and commissioning of an interior and exterior cleaning unit for tubings and casings in the oil field, for sizes ranging from 2'' to 18 5/8''.
Cleaning of impurities and dirt such as drilling mud, cement residue, corrosion, etc.
The clean unit will operate with an electric motor which will drive a triplex pump for water projection.
A hydraulic power plant will supply the hydraulic motors for the tube rotation module, as well as the hydraulic cylinders for the positioners.
