MRP type pneumatic lubrication pump
MRP type pneumatic lubrication pump is a spring piston pump driven by compressed air. It is worked by solenoid valve of the pump. The injection pressure is set by the pressure of compressed air, and the capacity of oil injection is depending on the stroke of the piston and the movement frequency of the piston. It is via the distributors to delivery the oil to each lube point.
The working time of solenoid valve can be set according to the requirement of the customers, it can be manual controlled or controlled by the PLC of the main unit when connecting the host computer system to achieve automatic control of the oiling cycle. The lubrication pump can be optioned float switch to realize the oil-low-level alarming function.
