Continuous belt tumble shotblastersare the ideal solution for the batch cleaning of typically small items (although machines for larger castings are available) which are not subject to part on part impact damage. If required, there is facility for automated loading from stillages (or similar) and automated discharge to same.Components are placed onto a continuous heavy duty belt which, when activated provides a gentle rolling or tumbling action to the parts presenting every facet to the blast stream. Timed door interlocks prevent the operator opening doors either during the blast process or for a short period of time after the completion of the blast cycle to ensure operator safety.
