LMJ-Q2-1500 1.5m Two heads Full-automatic/automatic Quartz Bush Hammering Machine
With adopting the same working mode as the continuous polishing machine in the way of conveyor belt transmission, the machine is equipped with two heads and the full automatic control system to guarantee the slabs to be processed into bush hammered surface by one time. Only two operators are needed to handle this machine, while the productivity can be increased to 40 to 50 square meters per hour. It is a powerful machine! •To be applied to process both marble and granite slabs;•A brand-new design with several patents; equipped with two heads and conveyor belt, the machine is featured as reasonable structure, perfect processing technique, stable performance, easy to operate, high efficiency and low power consumption;• With PLC control, a full intelligent system, and detectors at the feeding end, the heads will be automatically lifted to avoid any accidental collision between the heads and the slab;•The working mode can be switched between the manual work and automatic mode, the heads up and down movement can be controlled flexibly.
