Plastic Injection Molding
Plastic Injectionis one of the most important departments in JST Industry, we have founded this plant for almost 10 years. Now JST owns 12 sets HaiTian injection machines, from 100 tons to 500 tons. Most of our injection molded products were used in the field of medical, water treatment, household products, consumer electronics, electrical tools and auto parts. The material includes PP, PE, POM, PS, PA66, PTFE, PSU, ABS, PA + Fiber Glass; we can also do the painting and chroming in house.

Packaging: One piece in a foam bag, 15 KGS in a carton, finally in the wooden case.
Delivery: The samples delivery (tooling building) is about 30 days and the lead time for mass production is about 25-30 days.
