Description of Laboratory And Industrial Pressure Oven
Vacuum ovenis also called vacuum drying oven. It is used to dry products in a vacuum environment. Widely used in the chemical industry, FPC board, photoelectricity, battery, electronics, medicine and other industries.
Laboratory vacuum ovensconsists of body, inside oven, vacuum system and heating system.
Material of structure:
The inner box material is made from a stainless steel plate with high-temperature resistance and anti-corrosion, which is made by argon-arc welding and sealing. Then make strong bone reinforcement, anti-bending and anti-deformation. The external structure was made from steel plate with powder coating process. It adopts advanced insulation cotton, the inner liner is directly heated, and the surface temperature of the machine is low. The high temperature resistant hot glue is tight, environmental protection and pollution-free, and the strong type of door buckle is adopted.

The oven is equipped with an imported vacuum pump, stable performance and fast vacuum. If customers don't need a vacuum pump, we can just make chamber without pump as long as customer tell us their requirement.
