Fracturing Tree
The fracturing tree (frac tree wellhead) is a piece of wellhead equipment used to direct and control oil & gas from the well. It is an assembly of valves, spools, and fittings used for an oil well, gas well, water injection well, water disposal well, gas injection well, condensate well, and other types of wells.

Features of Fracturing Tree:
It is input into fracturing head through several fracturing manifolds. It is input into fracturing gate valves to perform fracturing production. It controls medium access through fracturing gate valve switch. Now, the fracturing tree manufactured by Saigao has a maximum drift of 7-1/16" and a maximum pressure of 20000psi. The main part of our fracturing is fracturing valve which has acquired a patent for national invention and patent for utility model. Fracturing technology adopted by Saigao is internationally advanced technology.
Application of Fracturing Tree:
After the oil well production reaches a certain stage, the production capacity and permeability are reduced. In order to enhance the oil discharge capacity and increase the oil well production, people have invented the fracturing technology.
The fracturing method is divided into two types: hydraulic fracturing and high-energy gas fracturing. Hydraulic fracturing is to inject high-speed fluid into the well by the high-pressure pump trucks on the ground. The high pressure of the bottom of the well is used to break the cracks in the reservoir rock. In order to prevent the pump from stopping, the pressure drops and the cracks close themselves. In the injected liquid after the rupture of the formation, the sand is mixed with the sand several times larger than the density of the formation, and enters the crack together with the fluid, and stays in the crack forever. The crack is open, which improves the oil flow environment for a long time.
The current hydraulic fracturing technology is very mature, and the oil well stimulation effect is obvious, and it has already become the common technology that people prefer. Especially for the oil flow channel is very small, that is, the oil layer with a lower permeability has a particularly strong effect.
