Casting tin bronze generally also adds zinc, lead, phosphorus, and other elements. Zinc can improve the fluidity of the alloy, and reduce the tendency of tin bronze anti-bias. Lead significantly improves the wear resistance and machinability of the alloy. Cast in bronze is used for wear and corrosion-resistant parts.

Brass has a small solidification temperature range, good fluidity, and easy melting. As brass has the above characteristics of high strength, low price, and good casting performance, so brass has more varieties, greater production, and wider application than tin bronze and aluminum bronze in copper alloy.
