Power Window System for Car

One is a master switch, which can be controlled by the driver to lift the glass of each power window system for car the other is a sub-switch, which is installed in the middle of each window and can be manipulated by passengers. How Does The Electric Window System Work?

The power window system for car relies on the electric motor to drive the rocker handle to turn the gear to lift the window. The electric window device is composed of a lift control switch, a motor, a lifter and a relay. The motor adopts a bidirectional permanent magnet motor and rotates forward and reverse to achieve the window lift function. The control switch of the electric window system has two installation positions of power window regulator assembly. The master switch is installed on the dashboard or the armrest of the driver's side door to facilitate the driver's operation, and the driver controls the lifting and lowering of each power window system for car. The sub-switch is installed on each passenger door, operated by passengers.

The front door of the electric window has the function of one-key lift with anti-pinch function, so BCM directly controls the front door switch and front door motor to achieve one-key lift and anti-pinch control, while the rear door motor does not have one-key lift with anti-pinch function, so there is no connected to BCM. The master switch on the left driving side can not only control the up and down of its own power window system for car, but also control the up and down of the other three windows, and can lock the up and down of the power window system for car, which is convenient for the driver to control the overall vehicle. The sub-switches of the other three doors only have the function of controlling each own window glass up and down.
