Internal cooling tower is set water distribution system, condensing coil group, fillers heat exchange, drift eliminators and others; External has circulation pumps, electronic water cleaning device. And top side of the coil has axial fans. Axial cooling water goes through the water distribution system, evenly to completely cover the surface of the coil under the influence of strong wind. Temperature liquid enters from the upper part of the coil, and the cooled liquid flows out from the bottom of the coil. In this process, the temperature fluid does the heat exchange with water and air in the outer coil, and then the heat exchange effect is significantly improved with the wind.Applications:1. Closed circulation of blast furnace soft water in ironworks;2. The steelmaking plant furnace, crystallizer, oxygen lance and cooling water system of other devices;3. Improving using life: Ordinary water is easy to produce dirt stains and need regularly to be washed. Saving electricity: Power consumption is the following.(water road of anode tip to ground during the role of direct-current voltage )Water road of anode For example, 100KW high frequency electrical tube equipment. Ordinary water is around 8KW while distilled water about 70W.3. Reducing electrolytic corrosion: For anode high voltage, direct current can be produced by the water resistance to ground. Resulting in tube water jacket and export of electrolytic corrosion, galvanic corrosion rate of ordinary water is a hundred times more than distilled water. And it improves the longevity of equipment and components. Reducing maintenance fees can enhance productive rate and save electricity.4. Investment costs are significantly reduced: This cooling system doesn’t need dig water pool and purchase water pump and FRP open circuit cooling tower.Notes:1.Environment(1)Should avoid acidic exhaust gas, explosive dust, serious smoking, excess water vapor spaces.(2)Placed next to the building and it should maintain sufficient distance from the air inlet (05-3 meters, depending on model)(3)Placed in the walls of the warning and it should be alert to the hot and humid air which is caused by heat reflux fault.
