Double Frequency Gear Induction Hardening Production LineWork pieces are all rotated while medium frequency machine preheats and high frequency machine is heating. Hardening cooling medium materials can be spurted out of combined sensors after high frequency machine is heating. Due to the structural features of stellar gear, it is imperative that attached hardening cooling medium materials are needed to eliminate before it is in the tempering station.There is a light shake work piece station where sun wheel would be held up 110 degrees and shakely, remaining attached quenching medium materials can be excluded. Medium frequency machine will be used in the tempering processing and this time is the same time to heat gear by high frequency induction machine. When it is tempered, work piece is also rotated and then the gear will enter cooling station. After spraying was cooled, gently shaking again, it can be delivered into inspection station and then inspected and reject unqualified work piece after it removes water.This production line consists of two medium frequency solid power supply machines, 100KW and 10KHz. One is for inner gear and the other one is for stellar gear. In this production line, high frequency power supply is 200KW with 450KHz.
