CMC FP3000
KimaCell® CMC FP3000sodium carboxymethyl cellulose's aqueous solution is neutral or alkaline transparent viscous liquid, soluble in other water-soluble adhesives and resins, and insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol. CMC can be used as adhesive, thickener, suspending agent, emulsifier, dispersant, stabilizer, sizing agent, etc. Carboxymethyl cellulose, commonly known as "industrial monosodium glutamate", is the most productive, widely used and most convenient product among cellulose ethers. Carboxymethyl cellulose has the functions of adhesion, thickening, reinforcement, emulsification, water retention, suspension, etc.

Application of CMC FG1000
KimaCell® CMC FP3000 sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is used as suspending agent, and the obtained coating has good suspension and viscosity. As a suspending agent, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose has a great influence on the strength, viscosity and suspension of the coating, and its amount plays a key role in the success of the coating. In the quartz powder coating, with the increase of CMC Na content, the strength of the coating gradually increases, at 0.3%~ 0. 5% is better; The suspension of the coating is 0 .4%~0.6% is good, stable at about 100%; The viscosity of the coating gradually increases, and the addition amount is 0.4%~0. 6% is better; The dripping property of the coating gradually decreases; The PH of the coating is stable at 10.2 or so, always maintain weak alkalinity; The variation range of coating density is also within a reasonable range.
There are many methyl cellulose manufacturers, but we are one of the best choices for you.
