Our irrigator PU layflat hose are made from 100% high-strength polyester circular woven and imported PU compound. We use a single homogenous construction without any glues or adhesives. Frac PU Layflat Hose
The outer cover of our PU layflat hose has been produced with extra thickness for tough environment. The wokking temprearue of our PU layflat hose range from -50 C deg to 80 C deg (-58 F deg to +176 F deg).
Our frac PU layflat hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) and circular woven polyester jacket. The "through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bondingbetween cover and tube as well as firmly adhesive of the jacket.The hose has high resistance against commonly used chemicals and has excellent resistance to UV. The abrasion resistance of the PU layflat hose is very good, making the hoseideal for use in the extremely tough places.

Forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type, our concrete PU layflat hose has good adhesive strength.The heavy weave construction guarantees minimum extension in elongation and minimum "snaking"or bending of the hose. The PU layflat hose is more abrasion resistant compared with traditional concrete rubber hose.Our PU layflat hose could be assembled with steel concrete hose coupling. We provide two years guarantee.
