Excellent Adhesion, Flexibility, Impact Resistance, and High Hardness: The coating provides superior leveling, vividness, fullness, and saturation, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and elegant finish.
Enhanced Material Reaction Completion Rate: Improved saturation breaks through the bottleneck of horizontal flow. With a certain level of flow achieved, the coating enhances mirror-like reflection and stronger light saturation. The improved reflective effect also enhances the decorative appearance.
Superior Pigment Protection: Unlike conventional coatings where pigments are encapsulated by a resin layer, this coating ensures that even if the surface resin layer is scratched or aged, the underlying resin still maintains a certain polarity, preventing significant pigment detachment.
Functional Customization Based on Usage Environment: The coating is tailored for specific functions such as water resistance and rust prevention. Additional functional elements can be incorporated based on different requirements.
Special Conductive Additives and Particle Size Control: The addition of special conductive additives, combined with laser particle size analysis and control systems, ensures that the powder particles have both good charge retention and sufficient kinetic energy. This allows the coating to easily reach recesses and dead corners, overcoming the Faraday cage effect.
High Transfer Efficiency and Large Coverage Area: The coating offers higher application efficiency and lower coating costs compared to traditional paints.
Environmentally Friendly: Free from volatile substances, paint odors, heavy metals, and polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs). Certified by SGS testing, it meets international standards and is non-toxic with no adverse effects.
