It is the only antioxidant which can be used in the infant formulae and follow-up formulae in China.The product can prevent oxidation, protect color and luster, and enhance vitamin C and so on. Use area: Milk powders(including sweetened milk powders) and cream powders and powder analogus, Fats and oils and fat emulsions, Instant noodles and rice products, Bread, Infant formulae and follow-up formulae, Weaning foods for infants and growing children, Formulated foods for pregnant and lactating women, Breakfast cereals including rolled oats. The propositional dosage: 1. Milk powders(including sweetened milk powders) and cream powders and powder analogus, Infant formulae and follow-up formulae, Weaning foods for infants and growing children, Formulated foods for pregnant and lactating women: Calculated as the ascorbic acid of the lipid, the maximum dosage is 0.05g/kg; 2. Other foods:Calculated as the total food weight, the maximum dosage is 0.2g/kg. Usage: 1. Instant noodles and rice products, Fats and oils and fat emulsions: Dissolve the product into heated oil or ethanol, confect 5% concentrated antioxidant solutionthen add into the foodstuff. 2. Others: Add this product into the food stuff and stir until it distributes evenly. Storage: Preserved in shady, cool, dry and airproof condition, forbid depositing with the toxicant.
