CMC Low Vis techgrade additive is used in highviscosity, highsolids or heavily weighted fluids and produces only slight increases in viscosity.Fresh & salt water drilling fluid performance is evaluated acc to OCMA DFCP-2.

CMC High Vis and Extra Hi Vis techgrade additives are used in lowviscosity or lowsolids fluids and increase viscosity in addition to controlling fluid loss. Design for use in fresh & slat water mud. Performance evaluated acc. To OCMA method DFCP-7.

Packing: In 25Kg, Multiply export paper sacks, 25kg x 40sacks per pallet, wrapped & strapped, seaworthy packaging

Application :

CMC can be widely used liquid drinks, lactic acid drinks, dairy products, flouring products, seasoning, etc. With the function of thicking, emulsifying, stabilizing, water maintaining, mouthfeel improving, toughness reinforce, and so on.

-Oil drilling grade CMC used in fracturing fluid, drilling fluid and well cementing fluid as fluid loss controller and tackifier. It can protect the shaft wall and prevent mud loss thus enhance recovery efficiency.
-Detergent grade CMC, when used in liquid, paste detergent, acts as stabilizing agent and thickening agent; when used in detergent powder, CMC can effectively prevent washes from becoming contaminated after being washed by synthetic detergent.
-CMC used in textile and dyeing industry as sizing agent and dying adjuvant to make stock limpidity and transparence. It is easy a good stabilizer of the stock and helps to form film. It is easy to desizing.
-CMC in Food Industry:CMC is widely used in frozen desserts, protein food, beverages, icings, dressings, instant noodles, etc.
-CMC in Ceramic Industry
-CMC for ceramics features uniform distribution of substituents (carboxy methyl group) on the cellulose backbone. It produces fewer gel granules in glaze formulation.
-It contains no colored impurity and is 100% combustible under firing
condition, to ensure clean ceramic glaze.
- It can stabilize physical and chemical property of glaze formulation.
-It can improve glaze adhesion and reduce glaze cracking.
-It facilitates formation of a smooth dense glaze layer.
- It can improve the rheological property of glaze formulation.
-The glaze viscosity is proportional to the concentration of CMC added
