Comprehensive water treatment agent STD-10
The comprehensive water treatment agent STD-10 is a multifunctional additive with the following characteristics: synergistic effect, which can control the corrosion of multiple materials at the same time; it also has corrosion inhibition, anti-scaling (de-scaling) and demulsification effects.
1. It can disperse and remove insoluble inorganic salts in water, prevent and interfere with the deposition and scaling of insoluble inorganic salts on the metal surface, and maintain good heat transfer effect of metal equipment;
2. It can effectively break the water-in-oil emulsion, shorten the oil-water separation time, and reduce the oil content in water;
3. It can interfere with the electrochemical corrosion of corrosive ions in water, prevent or reduce the corrosion rate of metals, and its main function is to prevent corrosion by forming a protective film on the metal surface.
Properties
STD-10 is an alkaline compound, does not contain halogens and heavy metal elements, does not produce negative effects, and is soluble in water.
Use
This additive is used for corrosion inhibition, scale resistance, descaling and demulsification in water supply systems in buildings, central air conditioning water systems, industrial circulating water or process water systems.
Precautions
1. Usage: The most suitable usage of STD-10 is 10~80ppm. In order to obtain the best application effect, it is best to clean the equipment in advance and regularly observe and analyze the impurity content and parameters in the original system. Generally speaking, when the impurity content (such as sulfur, oxygen, metal ions, etc.) in the system is high, the parameters (such as temperature, pressure, load, etc.) are harsh, and the oil content is high, the usage is relatively large, and vice versa. The inlet and outlet temperature and pressure drop of the equipment after the injection point should be recorded and analyzed in order to timely understand the application effect of STD-10 and adjust the usage.
2. Location and method of adding additives: Use an injection pump to inject STD-10 into the system. Be careful not to mix it with other additives. In order to make the additives evenly dispersed in the material, the injection point is best selected at the suction end of the feed pump. When transporting additives, avoid using polymer materials such as rubber hoses, because the active ingredients in the additives have a swelling effect on polymer materials. It is best to use stainless steel hoses.
3. Precautions during operation: Do not contact eyes and skin. If it sticks to the skin or invades the eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If it is serious, go to the hospital for treatment immediately.

This additive is packaged in plastic barrels with a net weight of 200 ± 0.5 kg.
Safety Protection
Store in a cool and low temperature place, avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
