Gasoline stripper inhibitor STD-20
Gasoline stripper inhibitor STD-20 has the functions of anti-oxidation, anti-polymerization, cleaning and dispersing. This additive can effectively inhibit the scaling of gasoline stripper. The additive has strong thermal stability and good water resistance. It dissolves in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons and does not contain halogens and heavy metal elements.
Properties
This additive is a colorless or light yellow oily liquid with stable performance, alkaline and irritating to the human body.
Uses
This additive is mainly used for anti-polymerization and anti-scaling of gasoline strippers in ethylene plants.
Precautions
1. In industrial applications, the general addition concentration is 50~150mg/g (based on the original additive solution) of the gasoline stripper treatment volume. You can add 150mg/g first, run it for several days, and then gradually reduce it to 120mg/g until the gasoline stripper operating conditions return to the normal range, and then reduce the addition amount to 100g/g. Observe the effect, decide to increase or decrease, and determine the best addition amount;
2. The additive addition point is selected on the gasoline stripper feed pipeline and the reboiler feed pipeline, because the additive added here can flow from top to bottom to the tower bottom, thereby preventing the polymerization of the tower bottom material;
3. This additive can be added to the system evenly and continuously with a plunger metering pump, or it can be diluted with a solvent to a certain concentration of solution as needed.
4. The evaluation of the application effect of the additive is mainly based on the switching frequency of the filter screen of the kettle liquid delivery pump before and after the use of the additive or the change of the reboiler switching cycle.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with a net weight of 160kg.
Safety protection
Store in a cool and low-temperature place to avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher can be used to extinguish the fire.
