Product Description
This series of products uses advanced Bonding technology equipment to produce surface metal powder with brighter optical effects, good metallic luster, no black spots, yin and yang colors, fingerprints and other defects in the coating, high powder application rate, and high utilization rate of recycled powder.
Product Features
The metal pigment is tightly combined with the base powder, and there will be no clogging of the muzzle during spraying;
The adhesion between the metal powder and the substrate is strong, and it is not easy to fall off during painting:
The recycled powder spraying effect is compatible with the new powder;
The coated metal pigment is not easy to fall off, oxidize, and has no fingerprint defects.

Application Fields
Metallic powder coating refers to various powder coatings containing metal pigments (such as: copper gold powder, silver aluminum powder, pearlescent pigments, etc.). Due to its gorgeous decorative effect of the coating, it is very suitable for spraying fitness equipment, furniture, automobiles, etc.
Transportation Packaging
Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box is 20kg. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and chemical substances.
Hygiene and safety
Operators should wear dust masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

| Particle size | Depending on the purpose, the standard type has an average particle size of 35~40 microns, less than 10 microns powder <10%, and greater than 100 microns powder <0.5%. |
| Storage stability | Bonding metal powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35°C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stored stably for 6 months. If it exceeds the period, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used. Note: For low-temperature curing types and powders with light below 40% (60°), the storage temperature should be below 30°C. |
