BOC-L-GLU(ME)-OME

In the field of small molecule drug synthesis, BOC-L-GLU(ME)-OME is a key starting material and chiral building block for a variety of antiviral drugs, anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs, beta-lactam drugs, and pyrrolidine drugs. Through reactions such as cyclization, reduction, substitution, and deamination, the chiral pyrrolidone and piperidine core heterocyclic frameworks in the drug molecules can be constructed. It is an important intermediate for synthesizing drugs like parovide.
