企业规模：2012年5月成立旗下子公司：深圳市飞宇光纤系统有限公司，现已成立无源事业部、有源事业部和系统集成三大主力部门。 2014年8月成立旗下子公司：深圳市飞宇光通科技有限公司，主要专注于基础材料的研发，设计和生产，如高速数据通讯的MPO及MT连接线研发，设计，生产为主；辅于PLCsplitter基础材料，如：lid,Chip，FiberArray,Pigtail,保偏,GiassTube,Collimator等。 2015年2月成立旗下子公司：深圳市飞宇通讯有限公司，专注研发、生产工业通讯网络产品的高科技公司，主要生产：百兆/千兆光纤收发器、光纤交换机、工业以太网光纤收发器，工业以太多交换机系列。
业务范围：公司产品覆盖光通信行业无源和有源两大块，产品质量和市场占有率均在行业里名列前茅。无源器件产品主要有：波分复用器（CWDM、DWDM、FWDM、OADM、AWG）、环行器、光开关、光分路器、光隔离器等及其相关的大功率和保偏器件。有源设备类的产品有：波分复用系统、EPON系统、线路/旁路保护设备、光模块、EDFA等。
