SUN Telecom,1989年成立于台湾（光隆光电股份有限公司），1992年正式进入中国大陆（北京光隆光电有限公司------第一家进入北京光通讯领域的外资企业），是中国最早研发生产光通讯产品及提供光网络工程解决方案的企业之一。 2002年以来，SUN Telecom致力于光纤到户及光纤通讯整体解决方案（上海浦津实业有限公司）。迄今，SUN Telecom的客户已遍布全球80多个国家和地区，涉及领域包括电信、有线电视和广播、安防和监控、数据通讯、工业控制及激光工业等。
