Flush Top Grating

Flush Top Gratingis another kind offloor grates, it’s also called dove tail grating, which is beautiful and strong. Flush top grating is similar to swaged aluminum grating with the same process, the only difference is that cross bar of flush top grating is with a dove tail. Types of bearing bars for dove tail grating are the same as those forswaged aluminum grating. Serrated flat bar or plain flat bar are both available.

Besides of perforation on flat bars, we also have to linear cut a notch on flat bars to have the dove tail cross bars going through. The cross bars with a dove tail are flush with bearing bars and locked by high hydraulic pressure, providing a comfort smooth surface. As the cross bar for flush top grating is with a a tail which is a fraction of flat bar, it makes flush top grating more weighty and with higher pressure capacity than swaged aluminum grating.

These characters make it widely used in platform, walkway, facade and other environmental extremes as industrial grating in areas of building construction, marine and ocean projects, industry and agriculture and so on.
