.Briefintroduction
ERW50high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube forming machine is designed to produce welded pipes of 20mm-50mm in OD and 0.8mm-3.0mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.
The plain technical flow of the production line
Uncoiling→ Shear & butt welding→ Accumulator→ Forming → HF welding→ Removing outsaide burr→ Cooling(air & water)→ Sizing→ Cutting off(flying saw)→ inspection → Packing → Warehousing
