RCT5013 (MC85) Topkit Tower Crane Quick Details

RCT5013-5 (MC85) Topkit Tower Crane is newly designed by our company in accordance with market demands. Made using Potain technology from France, the tower crane features superior quality, stable and reliable performance, high operating speed, excellent speed control performance as well as low failure rate. As a multipurpose high-level horizontal jib crane, our product consists of a horizontal arm, a cabin trolleying mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, a slewing mechanism, a hydraulic jacking system, safety devices and an electric control system, etc.

• The hoisting mechanism is driven by a three-speed motor to enable low-speed heavy loading, high-speed light loading, ideal idling speed and accurate positioning. Controlled by frequency converters, the hoisting mechanism is characterized by high working efficiency, long lifetime, low maintenance rate and comfortable manipulation.

• Equipped with a hydraulic coupler, a driven reducer and a disc brake, the slewing mechanism has high overload capacity, and it still functions well when starting up at heavy load. Hence, smoother startup and brake more reliable and safe operation can be guaranteed.

• The hydraulic jacking system help to lift the tower by adding mast sections. In this way, the crane can rise with a building's ascending. Hoisting capacity of our tower crane always remains the same at different heights. The driver cabin is installed at the top of the tower to ensure full view and a comfortable and convenient working environment with air-condition.

• For safety and reliability of operation, the hammerhead tower crane is also designed with various safety devices including load moment limiter, overload limiter, slewing limiter, trolley travel limiter and height limiter.

• Electrical control system of our topkit tower crane features reasonable design and reliable performance. Major electrical apparatus elements such as contactors and intermediate relays are purchased from Schneider, which is a world famous company.

• As for assembly of the self erector, quick couplers are applied when installing the jib, the balance arm, the slewing mechanism and the tower body to ensure high efficiency, convenience and accurate positioning. As a result, labor intensity and risks are reduced significantly and hoisting time of a truck crane is saved greatly. Plate type mast sections are assembled using fishplates and pins, which leads to good interchangeability, easy warehousing and transportation and less cost.

• The hammerhead tower crane can work in multiple modes to achieve a wide work range. As for installation methods, the tower crane can be fixed to a foundation with stand bars or foundation bolts or attached to certain working platform. The jib length can be 50m or 45m. The maximum hook radius is 50m and the maximum hoisting capacity is 5t or 6t.
