DEUTZ engine diesel concrete pump
To meet the requirement of remote construction sites with power shortage,our company has developed the concrete pump powered by diesel engine.The pump set is powered with a diesel engine which is Euro iii compliant for emission standards.The plant can operate in harsh conditions and can meet the requirements of projects for highway,railway,bridge,tunnel,mining,etc.The diesel Engine of the pump works on the "automatic speed adjustment"technology.During pumping the speed of the diesel engine is sensed by sensors which are transmitted to the controller.Any change in the pumping pressure will cause corresponding change in the RPM of diesel engine. THe controller detects speed variation then sends signal to the accelerator throttle control motor which automatically adjusts the flow of fuel to run the diesel engine at optimum speed.

2.Constant power variable plunger pump to run efficiently.
3.Using advanced S tube valve structure the floating seal automatically compensates the gap due to wear give food sealing.
4.Cover plate and the sealing ring are made out of high wear-resistant alloy materials to getlong life.
5.High pressure output is capable to meet the requirements of high-rise building and long distance pumping.
6.Hydraulic oil cooling is a advanced cooling system where there is on need to pump in water. 7.Electrical circuit is PLC controlled and hence has the most efficient working. 8.With the reverse pumping blockage is minimized.
9.The control panel is equipped with remote control panel for easy to operations.
