HYDRAULIC AUTOMATIC SHEAR AND BUTT-WELDING MACHINE
The shear and hydraulic butt welderis the important equipment on the welded pipe production line. It is used for the shearing and butt welding of the irregular parts of the strip head and tail to ensure the continuous production of the welded pipe unit.
It consists of the main structure, guide roller, centering device, shearing device, welding platform, etc. It is used to cut off the irregular parts of the steel head and tail, and weld the front end of the previous steel roll (which just went into the accumulator) and the head of the next steel roll (which comes from decoiler) together.
