cassette type roll forming machine
Thiscassette type roll forming machineis the special equipment for continuous rolling and cold-forming on steel sheet. There are two cassettes for different thickness, one roll former for 0.3-0.7mm, the other for thickness 0.8-1.2mm. It adopts coiling steel sheet as the raw material, declination, then continuous rolling and cold-forming, automatically cut to the size and output the finished panel to the supporter. The equipment adopts PLC control, AC frequency and speed adjusting technology, and it realizes the continuous automatically production, therefore, it is really a new type of energy-saving and high-effective producing equipment for steel structure. There are two thickness has two cassette, one cassette for one thickness.
