Flat Top Polyurethane Foaming Production Line
Introduction of flat top polyurethane foaming production line:The flat top polyurethane foaming production line is currently main PU production equipment. Polyether, TDI and auxiliary agent are all stored in loading tanks. Components are delivered into mixing head according to a certain ratio, then transferred to overflowing vessel and an adjustable falling plate and shall be ready to be conveyed. In the process of conveying, mixed components shall be foamed and heated to cure. To guarantee continuous production, movement of paper-decoiling and paper-wrapping installations are synchronous with foaming process. Continuously foamed plastic shall be cut into required length and moved toward ripening warehouse.
- The flat top polyurethane foaming production line is kind of a combined machine unit with the constituents of material-storing installation, metering device, mixing unit, conveyor, baking channel, paper-decoiling and –wrapping installations, cross-cutter, roller supporter and material-loading system.
Main technical parameters:Specification of produced foam plastic 2m in width,1m in height,(height mainly dependent on length shall be self-determined formula and technical requirement,1.3 m to the maximum).
