Double metal composite welded pipe mill
DescriptionThe double metal composite welded pipe mill/production line is mainly applied for making pipes. Firstly, it will flat the metal composite pipe plates, mill them and then send them to forming machine. Next, we use forming machine that is our company’s patent technology to turn the metal composite pipe plates into round shape. Then we use our welding device (our company’s patent technology) to weld the metal composite pipe plates.
Way of making pipe:Our double metal composite welded pipe mill/production line adopts automatic flexible forming. It is easy and quick to change different specifications.
Classifications:Our double metal composite welded pipe mill/production line can be classified into 6 types, like BXGJZ -500, BXGJZ -600, BXGJZ-700, BXGJZ-800, BXGJZ-900 and BXGJZ-1000.
Working procedures of double metal composite welded pipe mill/production line:Loading plate —aligning—flatting—edge milling—forming—welding—outer welding—inner welding—sizing and straightening—end facing and beveling—testing water pressure and expanding diameter—offline ultrasonic inspection—X-ray inspection—weighing, measuring and stenciling—collecting finished products
