Ways to Solve the Blocking of Wood Pellet Mill
During the working process, the wood pellet mill will be more or less congested. For many customers, blocking problem is rather troublesome. If the feeding speed is too fast, the air inlet of wood pellet mill is easy to be blocked. If the wood pellet machine is equipped with an unfavorable conveying device, the discharging pipe will be seriously blocked along with the decrease of wind power.
When you face these failures, you should clear the air inlet first, then change the conveying device with a suitable one and adjust the feeding amount. Failures like damage and aging of hammer and sieve holes will cause thewood pellet machinebeing blocked. You should frequently change the damaged and aging hammers as well as check the sieves. If water content of raw material is more than 14%, blocking problem is easy to occur.
