XLM25 wood panel furniture cnc router machine
Application Fields:
This machine is especially suitable for professional and large factories which produce door, cabinet, etc. It can be applied to engrave and cut on solid wood and MDF, and also craft like 3D relief
1. The whole bed adopts seamless welded steel structure, high rigidity, no deformation.
2. Imported Taiwan linear guide rail, double-side four ball slider, high loading capacity, smooth operation,
high precision, long lifetime, imported Italian double nuts ball screw, accurate engraving.
3. Italian air cooling spindle 8kw, imported ceramic bearing, huge power and long lifetime. Rotating speed
can reach 24000rpm/min.. smooth engraving plane. Disadvantages: big noise, long repairing time, high cost.
4. Equiped with big independent cabinet. Split keyboard operation, concise convenient., and easy to learn.
5. Consumers can master the method of application immediately.
6. Vacuum absorption, vacuum cleaner device and six zones vacuum table are specially designed for soft materials
such as MDF. Alll boards in diverse sizes can be put on the table and be kept in a same level.
7. Finished rendering is in consistant depth. Dust absorption system can inhale sawdust and foam to clean the table
and maintain the machine indirectly.
8. New LNC control system. Intelligent processing cross-border protection: to prevent mechanical collision phenomenon
caused by design layout's crossing the processing table. Hand wheel control: more convenient and flexible.
9. Good software compatibility: compatible with type3,Artcam,Castmate,Wentai and other CAD,CAM softwares.
10. This equipment is particularly suitable for large scale processing of wooden door, furniture, cupboard, mould, etc.
11. Imported Yaskawa servo drive and motor, high precision and fast speed.
