S&A laser water chiller CWFL-1500 specially designed for cooling fiber laser
Laser water chiller CWFL-1500 is designed, developed and produced by Guangzhou Teyu Electromechanical Co., Ltd(also known as S&A), a professional Chinese manufacturer of industrial water chillers with 16 year experience.
The production plant of S&A covers an area of 18,000 square meters, enabling the annual production capacity of 60,000 units of water chillers.
S&A dual temp. water chiller CWFL-1500 is specially designed for cooling 1500W fiber laser.
S&A refrigeration water chiller CWFL-1500 is characterized by the cooling capacity of 5100W and±0.5℃ stability with temperature control range of 5-35℃. It uses environmental refrigerant R-410a as refrigerant, greatly protecting the environment.
S&A industrial water chiller CWFL-1500 has dual temperature control systems and dual waterways, which can provide effective cooling for the laser device and the optics at the same time, greatly saving cost and space.
It is equipped with 3 filters which are able to filter the impurities and ion, greatly avoiding the blockage in the waterways and protecting the laser equipment.
S&A refrigeration water chiller CWFL-1500 has 2 temperature control modes as constant temperature control mode and intelligent control mode which can meet different needs of different users. Under intelligent control mode, the water temperature of CWFL-1500 water chiller will be self adjusted according to the ambient temperature, really setting users’ hands free.
It has multiple alarm functions which can provide great protection to the equipment, including compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm and over high / low temperature alarm.
Water chiller parameter:
Voltage:220V; Frequency: 50/60Hz; Refrigerant: R-22 / R-410a
Pump power: 0.55KW; Tank capacity:15L
Dimension : 78 X 47 X 89 cm (L X W X H); Packing dimension: 87 X 60 X 109 cm(L X W X H)
