Screw water chiller is designed for extreme tropicalized weather conditions, with a quiet, low-vibration of screw compressor to reduce sound levels, it is also the ideal solutions for sound sensitive environments where noise is a concern. With the highest energy efficiency, the screw water chiller is suitable for medium-large scale industrial cooling or HVAC, widely applied in central cooling project in plastic factory, chemical factory etc. It is a good choice for energy saving and environment friendly.

1.Low noise and ultra llow noise models options, Quiet operation;
2.Wide water temperature range from 5ºC to 35ºC;
3.Bitzer semi-hermetic screw compressor, with optimal performance;
4.4 grade capacity control, 25%-50%-75%-100%, providing precise temperature control;
1.Shell and tube evaporator, high efficiency and cleanable(plate type available on request);
2.Aluminum fin type of condenser with adequate heat exchanging surface.
3.Direct drive axial fan motor, with independent motor support bracket.
4.Microprocessor controller, Chinesse/English language options, fully automatic PLC based units, overall monitoring of unit running status;
5.Multi-protection equipped to ensure the chiller and machine running safety.

The above specifications are according to the following design conditions:
1. Fo cooling: Chilled water inlet/outlet temperature 12℃/7℃, ambient temperaure 35℃;
2. For heating: Hot water inlet/outlet temperature 40℃/45℃, ambient dry ball temperaure 7℃, wet ball temperature 6℃;
3. Water side of evaporator designed pressure: 1.0Mpa;
4. Nominal dirt coefficient at water side of evaporator is 0.018M2℃/kw.
5. Besides the above standard models, we provide OEM product as per requirement.
