Complete mineral water bottle filling plant or line
The machine is produced by absorbing Japan and Germany advanced technology and combining the customers' actual demands. And the framework is made of high quality SUS304. The sealing ring is made of EPDM. The components are from international brand such as Mitsubishi, ABB, OMRON or Siemens.
The bottle hanging technology is adopted to save the time and labor input to adjust the conveyor system to suitable for different bottle height. And spring clamp in rinsing part will turn the bottle along guide rail to face the spray valve and rinse the inner wall of the bottle. There are 2 times to clean the internal and external.
The filling nozzle is pressure mechanical valve with high filling speed. The liquid level is controlled automatically, when the liquid level is low, there will be a signal to let you know. There is a PLC controller, and one operater is need to operator and inspect the whole processing through the human-machine interface which is touch screen.
In the capping positation, the magnetic torque is introduced. The driven power is supplied by the power system. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps, and the fix device will fix the bottle from rotation, with this device, the quality of capping is ensured and the caps also won't be damaged.
