Application of Complete hot stone crushing lineComplete hot stone crushing production line is mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand maker, vibrating screen,sand washer, belt conveyor, electric control panel, etc.Complete hot stone crushing production line can crush hard stone,quartz,iron ore and limestone, granite, basalt, river stone, etc, and widely used in hydropower, building material, highway, city construction, etc.In order to meet the different demands of customers, it can be equipped with cone crusher, dust removal equipment and other equipment.Production process of Complete hot stone crushing line1>.The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, 2>.Then the crushed materials are transferred to crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. 3>.The materials crushed by the artificial stone production line will be transferred to the vibrating screen.4>The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine,after cleaned in the washer,the sand will be discharged.  5>.In the stone crushing production line , the others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand making machine in the sand production line, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.6>.Sizes of final products will be meet our customers' requirements.   Advantages of Complete hot stone crushing line1.Cubic shape of final product with excellent quality; ♦the needle and slice shaped product is minimum;♦the high compression strength is suitable for high standard construction such as water conservancy, bridges, high ways and high-rise buildings. 2.
