Upflow Pressure Screen In Pulp
Our up-flow pressure screen in pulp effectively solves the above problems by adopting an up-flow structure design with bottom feed, bottom discharge slag, and top row light slag. The light impurities and the air in the slurry naturally rise to the top slag discharge, and the heavy impurities can settle to the bottom as soon as they enter the body. This can effectively shorten the residence time of impurities in the sieve zone, reduce the possibility of impurity circulation, improve the screening efficiency, and prevent damage to the rotor and sieve drum caused by heavy impurities, and prolong the service life of the equipment.
