1. This ATC CNC Wood Router FS2030ATC adopts a German SIEMENS Controller. The Router CNC is with Three Years Warranty all over the world. After the SINUMERIK 808D CNC has been delivered, if there are quality problems relating to components, such as CNC, servo drive, motor, and the cable during the warranty period, Siemens will replace the part and the associated on-site service is free of charge. SIEMENS Controller is very Compact, rugged, user-friendly. Its Operation just like a PC and Best-in-class operator support – onboard as well as offline. One very very important and convenient point of the SIEMENS Controller system is that it supports ELEVEN kinds of operation language: Operating software languages: Chinese Simplified, Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish
2. The CNC Router machine installed with SIEMENS V60 servo AC Servo motors as well. SINAMICS V60 servo drives and SIMOTICS S-1FL5 feed motors are the perfect partners as an economic solution to achieve maximum dynamics and accuracy for feed axes in standard turning and milling machine tool applications with SINUMERIK 808D.
3. With its closed-loop speed and current control, SINAMICS V60 is perfectly tailored for economic but powerful feed axes and guarantees the easiest commissioning without any PC tools. With a robust design, SINAMICS V60 together with SIMOTICS S-1FL5 feed motors are perfectly prepared for maximum availability even in harsh environments.
4. SIEMENS connection cables are installed with this kind of CNC cutting machine. The use of SIEMENS cables ensures high quality and system-tested, problem-free operation.
5. Auto tool Changer CNC Engraver FS2040ATC is with a 10 positions automatic tool changer which provides an easy and convenient method of running jobs requiring multiple routing tools.
6. Safety Laser Curtain: We suggest installing laser barriers to create laser-safe temporary work areas. When you need maximum flexibility for enclosing a laser work area or need a temporary Class 1 laser safe work zone, choose movable laser barriers. Movable barriers are a great alternative to laser curtain systems.
