1.Product description
C type open Hydraulic stamping punching machine combines the advantages of punch press and single-column hydraulic press. It can not only change the pressing force as set, but also meet the requirements of pressure keeping and time delay of each step in the pressing process. It has the advantages of novel structure, reliable performance, complete functions and high production efficiency.
It is a multifunctional small and medium-sized hydraulic press. This series of C-type single-column hydraulic press machine tools can be used for correcting shaft parts, profiles, etc. It can also be used for press fitting of shaft parts and sleeve parts, stretching, bending, stamping, forming and blanking of metal plates, bending, stamping, sleeve forming, stretching of simple parts, etc. It can also be used for pressing powder and plastic products with less strict requirements.
2.Application
This machine is suitable for punching, stretching and pressing of plastic materials. Such as blanking, bending, flanging, sheet stretching, hot forging of metal parts and cold extrusion of metal parts. It can also be used for straightening, press-mounting, grinding wheel forming, and press-forming of plastic products and powder products, which truly realizes multiple functions of one machine.
