Product Introduction:
Dynamic mechanical torsional braid analysis apparatus adopts computer-controlled digital technology.The test principle of the instrument is based on torsional braid analysis in free decay vibration in polymer material testing,referred to as: TBA.TBA is a technique for measuring the dynamic modulus and mechanical loss of a material under torsional vibration load and it’s relationship with temperature.It’s a method that uses the least sample and has the highest measurement sensitivity among all test methods.
The test principle of the dynamic mechanical twist braid analyzer is based on torsional braid analysis (TBA) of free attenuated vibration in thermomechanical testing of polymer materials. TBA is a technique to measure the dynamic modulus and the relationship between mechanical loss and temperature of a substance under torsional vibration load. In various test methods, it is the best method that uses less samples and has high measurement sensitivity. The TBA manufactured by the company adopts computer digital measurement and control technology and data storage and data processing technology of large storage capacity, so that the traditional TBA a large number of heavy manual test operation and data processing is changed into an automated program, so that researchers can easily obtain the viscoelasticity of materials at different temperatures.
