The Automotive Comfort Air Conditioning Dummy Test System is a professional solution designed to evaluate cabin thermal comfort and HVAC performance under various climate and driving conditions.
Developed based on the Chinese 50th-percentile male body dimensions, the dummy accurately simulates real human thermal responses through integrated temperature, humidity, airflow, and radiant heat sensors.
The system supports ISO thermal comfort standards and Berkeley-Zhang thermal sensation models, enabling precise assessment of both local and overall thermal comfort. It is widely used by vehicle manufacturers, research institutes, climate chamber laboratories, and intelligent cabin R&D teams.
