Fabric Down-Proof Impact Tester (Impact Method)
Application
This tester is ideal for evaluating all types of down products, including duvets, pillows, jackets, and other feather-filled textiles. By simulating repeated compression impacts, it helps manufacturers ensure the fabric prevents feather leakage and maintains product quality.

Feature
(1) Firm and stable steel frame structure ensures durability.
(2) Impact system with two plates: a fixed plate with one impact pin and a movable plate with three pins.
(3) Lower impact plate has three fixed impactors at 120° spacing; pins are 80mm long, 15mm diameter, rounded tip.
(4) Movable plate impact frequency controlled at 35 times/min via crank joystick mechanism.
(5) LED display with preset counter and automatic stop function after set impacts.
(6) Adjustable number of impacts from 1 to 99,999 for flexible testing cycles.
