The Nanofiber Electrospinning Device is designed to fabricate nanofibers with diameters ranging from 50 to 800 nm using electrospinning technology. It enables rapid production of high-uniformity fibers from small amounts of polymer. Test Procedures / Working Principle

The unit uses electrospinning to form continuous polymer fibers under a high-voltage electric field. Polymer solution or melt is ejected from the positive electrode to the grounded collector, forming continuous nanofibers on the collector plate or drum. Fiber diameter, spinning speed, injection distance, and voltage are adjustable.

Operation Steps:

Set workspace temperature and humidity

Install injection pump(s) and drum collector

Configure pump speed, movement speed, and deposition distance

Activate high-voltage power supply

Observe fiber deposition and adjust parameters as necessary

After completion, turn off power and collect fibers

Maintenance Information

Clean injection pump and electrode capillary regularly to avoid clogging

Inspect drum collector and electrodes before each use

Ensure proper grounding and check insulation of high-voltage components

Keep workspace dry and free from condensation

Store unit in a dust-free environment when not in use
