Scratch Resistance Tester KK-01，ISO 19252 abrasion and scratch protective material tester
The KK-01 Scratch Resistance Tester is designed to evaluate the scratch resistance of plastics, films, coatings, and automotive interior and exterior materials under high load conditions. By applying a vertically increasing load through a scratch stylus and moving it horizontally across the sample surface, you can quantitatively determine scratch behavior and surface damage characteristics, supporting material development and durability assessment.

Test Procedures
Secure the sample on the test stage and ensure surface stability.
Set vertical load, scratch speed, and scratch distance via the touchscreen.
Use the teaching function to define the scratch start position if required.
Start the test and allow the stylus to apply load and move horizontally.
Save and export test data after completion.
Maintenance Information
Clean the stylus and test stage after each test.
Inspect the stylus regularly for wear and replace when necessary.
Keep the laser displacement sensor clean and properly aligned.
Avoid vibration and airflow interference during operation.
