plastic carbon black dispersion measurement system is based on a professional image acquisition system and corresponding software, through the measurement of the scale, form, and dispersion of carbon black particles, effectively evaluate the dispersion state and dispersion uniformity of carbon black particles in polyolefin geosynthetic materials, pipes, pipe fittings and mixed ingredients, pigment or carbon black materials, that is, carbon black dispersion. Carbon black is a good ultraviolet stabilizer, the best light absorber and light screen agent, which can effectively improve the anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging properties of plastic products. The content of carbon black and the dispersion of carbon black in plastic media will have a decisive effect on the UV protection, mechanical properties and life of plastic products.
