Aerosol spray enclosed space test instrument is used to assess flammability of the aerosol in a closed or restricted space. It is in line with the United Nations "on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods • Manual of Tests and Criteria" 31.5 enclosed space ignition test and "dangerous sprays enclosed space ignition test methods."
Instrument consists of two parts, the display control section, the detection system composed of a cylindrical container body detection system, built-in light sensors and high-precision thermocouple sensor automatically determine whether knocking occurred. The operator can monitor the entire testing process through the display control section LCD screen.

Product Features
(1) It adopts an embedded processor and the Windows CE operating system.
(2) With an 8 - inch liquid - crystal touch screen, it can display the test status in real - time.
(3)It integrates two working modes: the "standard mode" and the "custom mode".
(4)The aerosol can sprays automatically, and the aerosol can clamping device can automatically turn the can upright and upside - down. 5. Automatic timing during spraying.
(5) With a dual - detection module consisting of a pressure sensor and a nanosecond - level photosensitive sensor, it can automatically detect whether the flame is burning or whether an explosion occurs in an enclosed space.
(6) It is equipped with a ventilation system to promptly discharge the smoke and unburned aerosol in the drum, ensuring the accuracy of the test and the safety of the experimenters.
(7)The test process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention. It supports functions such as parameter setting, data storage, and report viewing.
(8) It is equipped with a temperature and humidity module to monitor the temperature and humidity of the test environment in real - time.
