Smoke Toxicity Tester Flammability Analyzer for Building Material DIN 53436 realized smoke of burning material continuous and stable production and gas extraction, flue gas quantitative description of smoke concentration and accurate calculation of the rate of smoke production, thus it could be used for different circumstances of different materials (including different rates and different concentrations of smoke production) and animal exposure evaluation at different times.

Features
1. Annular Furnace, Temperature Control System, and Furnace Displacement System
The annular furnace uses electric heaters, providing fast heating and stable temperature. The temperature control system utilizes an imported programmable logic controller, offering high control accuracy and strong anti-interference capabilities, suitable for various complex operating conditions. The furnace displacement system's drive unit uses a DC motor for stable rotation; the control unit uses PWM modulation, allowing for free adjustment of the annular furnace's movement direction and speed.

Made of fused quartz glass, aesthetically pleasing, convenient, and practical.
3. Flue Gas Collection and Distribution Component
Large-diameter three-way ball valve ensures smooth flue gas flow.
4. Mouse Rotating Cage and Mouse Movement Recording System
Specially designed mouse rotating cage, lightweight, flexible rotation, and no fixed stationary points; high-precision speed measuring device ensures experimental accuracy.
5. Exposure Chamber
Made of metal frame and plexiglass, sturdy and durable, and convenient for observation.
6. Air Supply System
The air supply unit uses a high-power air pump for stable airflow; the control unit uses a glass rotor flow meter, which is economical, practical, and easy to operate for experiment preparation.
