XJG Series Single Shaft Shredder Machine's main components include the motor, Hardened reducer, rotating knife shaft, imported knife, fixed knife rack, base cabinet, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, cylinders, etc...

Solid main shaft, the shaft & knife rest are integrated parts and processed by a CNC machining centre, wh can be used for at least 10 years, and never crack.
Transmission parts are locked by coupling and iron pins, protecting the reducer while avoiding power loss.
The knife material of thisindustrial plastic recycling machineis imported from TAIWAN, SKD-11, long service life.
The electrical system adopts PLC program features start, stop, and reverse functions along with an automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.
